I come to the work of spiritual direction with decades of experience walking alongside others through life’s most meaningful transitions. With a background in philosophy, theology, congregational ministry, chaplaincy, and healing practices, I offer a grounded, compassionate, and inclusive presence for those seeking spiritual depth and renewal.
I hold a Master of Theology from Meadville Lombard Theological School (Unitarian Universalist), and served in congregational ministry for over 22 years—accompanying individuals through birth, coming of age, marriage, loss, and grief. My earlier work as a licensed massage therapist taught me the importance of honoring the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and story.
Rooted in a long Jewish inheritance and shaped by a universalist, interfaith perspective, I honor many paths to truth. I’ve studied with Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, trained in Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects, and carry certifications in spiritual direction, grief support, hypnosis, and Reiki.
Now, stepping into my role as an elder (young at heart!), I bring a lifetime of listening, learning, and loving this sacred world. Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, healing, or meaning—I would be honored to walk with you on your spiritual journey.
